The location couldn't be more marvellous and decent in certain areas of the shower. I had a queen room it was immaculate.

I liked the room with couch. Tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were nice. As for me, the location was comfy, close enough to the public areas, and 95 & restaurants. North Jacksonville district was worth staying in.

Our stay was mind-blowing! The staff, especially Kimberly, was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the service tech, Antonio, was jaw-dropping in getting the HDMI cord to work for my boyfriend's game. The hotel's new and updated common areas, along with the great location near the 95 exit, made our stay super convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered great amenities at an incredibly low price. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms at Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport are super cozy and modern. I loved the comfortable sectional sofas and the 42-inch HDTVs with cable channels. It really felt like a home away from home.

I personally found the wheelchair-accessible feature less appealing, but I understand its importance for others.

The hotel's location was great and decent, in area that I am sleeping or eating with a mall and a market within walking distance. The breakfast was good hot at the waffle house and all the food was outstanding!

stayed at hyatt place recently and we had a wonderful experience. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided a great start to our day, and they even offered espresso which my boyfriend loved. our room was clean and comfortable, and the 12 o’clock checkout was a game changer for us.

Comfy and decent location for our visit to Grace Baptist Church just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Its location was absolutely perfect and wonderful, so Close to Airport, and in a peaceful area. The room was impeccably clean and carpeted, the bathroom was clean.

They provided a convenient paper bag with a cereal bar, muffin, and a cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, which made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.
